Britt Chapman
This feisty native Renoite was born and raised in Reno, NV, but has recently relocated to Las Vegas.  So far she is loving sin city and enjoying the warm weather!  The only down side is that she can only join her book club family via skype.  She is often described as a spunky ball of fire who can debate about anything at any time. She loves entertaining and is usually planning a party of some sort.  She is New England Patriots fan and also enjoys politics, wine, and spending time with her boyfriend and her two dogs.  Her favorite book of all time is "Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas".  Her favorite thing about book club is "I love learning new things about new and old friends.  Plus it forces me to read which I would never get around to otherwise!"
Connie Isidro
Connie is a small town girl from Davenport, Iowa. She moved to a big city in Southern California and longed for that small time life she had back home. She found it when she moved to Reno. Connie is married and has four beautiful daughters. She likes having fun with her girlfriends and cuddling with her girls. Connie loves to cook but also loves to try new restaurants. She has been known to favor Sailor Jerry Rum. She has a full schedule and can't stand drama and crazy bitches, so if you have issues don't bring them around her.  Connie's favorite all time book is "Why Have the Birds Stopped Singing". Her favorite thing about book club:  " I love relaxing with my book club gals and shooting the shit about our current book and whatever else we feel like talking about."

 Corinna Gonzalez
Corinna Gonzalez is a girl who is not afraid to say what's on her mind.  She is originally from Anaheim, California and moved to Reno with her family when she was a young girl.  She has 3 brothers and loves being the only girl in her family!  Corinna works with children and wants some of her own someday (sooner rather than later!).  She loves baseball, San Fransisco, cooking, sushi, shopping, and her boyfriend.  Corinna can often be seen out and about on the town drinking a "Vo So".  Her favorite all time book is "Everybody Worth Knowing".  Her favorite thing about book club is "Getting together every month and hearing different ideas and views from people."

Gina Lazzarone
Gina Lazzarone is a fun outgoing Italian who loves spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Massimo and Moni.  She was born in Vancouver WA., but moved to Reno when she was a year old.  All her family lives in Reno and loves being the baby and only girl in the family.  Gina graduated from UNR with a Bachelor and Masters of Science and is currently a Speech-Language Pathologist at Sun Valley Elementary School.  Her passion has always been to help children with needs and loves getting up every morning to get to work.  She loves sports, cooking, food, her family and friends and of course Vino!  Her favorite book is "To Kill A Mockingbird".  Her favorite thing about book club is "Getting together every month to engage in good conversation with good friends and it forces me to read more books for fun."
Laura Evasovic
Laura Evasovic, also known as “Lala”, was born and raised in Reno, NV.  After high school, she received her undergraduate degree in Child and Family Development at SDSU.  After living in San Diego and Oregon; she returned to her hometown to pursue her Masters Degree in Accounting.  As a student, she works for a scrapbook store and schleps booze as the “best bartender in town” at Scruples Bar and Grill.  She is often described as a handful, cackler of sorts, chipper whistler, annoying Christmas carol singer, and a lover of whiskey and wine.  She loves all types of music especially dubstep, going to concerts and shows, soduku, scrapbooking, and spending time with friends and family.  Her favorite book that she could read over and over is “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Luiz.  She loves book club because it offers the opportunity to read all types of books and get together with “The Bitches” once a month to discuss books and enjoy great people and laughs.

Rachel Comstock
Rachel was born and raised in Reno, coming from a long line of Native Northern Nevadans.  She is married and has two beautiful daughters, Gracie and Frankie. Rachel loves to travel, meet up with friends, get hit in the face playing softball, and hang out with her family.  She has recently begun to work with the Volunteers of America at the Emergency Shelters in downtown Reno. Most recently, she worked on a knitting project that provided over 100 hats to the occupants of the Men, Women, and Family Shelters.  Eventually, she will spend a few hours per week volunteering her time there.  Rachel's favorite book is "Where the Red Fern Grows" she hasn't read this book in quite some time but she will always remember reading this book in school and re-reading (on more than one occasion) it with her dad. Her favorite thing about book club is…participating in the discussions and listening to the different points of view.

Michelle McArdle
Michelle was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Reno in 2001 to attend UNR.  After graduating with her International Business degree, she decided to stick around for a bit.  Currently, she is married to her wonderful husband, Bryan and they are the proud owners of the coolest cat in the world, Fritz.  Michelle comes from a family of world travelers and has continued the tradition, taking the time to backpack through 4 continents and over 40 countries.  She loves to travel and would move to Spain in a heartbeat if she could!  She also loves to cook, clean, and drink wine with her friends.  Her favorite book is a tie between “Memoirs of a Geisha” and “Girl with the Pearl Earring.”  She loves book club because she gets to read books that she would probably never know about.  

Oona Fay Sapunor-Pfaff
Oona Fay is a self proclaimed gypsy who was born and raised in Reno,but jumped on the nearest train, plain, or automobile and traveled her way through Europe, South America, Central America, New Zealand, Australia and many more destinations. When she's not roaming around the world you can find her working as a fashion stylist in the big city or living a double life back home in Reno as a kindergarten teacher. She changes her hair color as often as the weather, is a sucker for an Australian accent, Jameson whiskey (or a good glass of wine) and romantic comedies! She is a lover of sunshine and music and still has library cards from all the cities she's called home. A few of her favorite books are "Scar Tissue" by Anthony Keidis, "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho and "The Beach" by Alex Garland. Her favorite thing about book club is reading different books and discussing different ideas and perspectives...the wine and company isn't too bad either!

Cathy Erksine
Cathy was born and raised in Northern California. This No Cal gal attended Sonoma State University and earned a Bachelors Degree in Sociology. After taking a year off she decided to go back to school. She moved to San Diego and attended SDSU and earned a Masters in Public Administration. She moved to Reno in 2011 to be closer to her boyfriend and for a job opportunity. Cathy enjoys being outside and active, cooking, sewing, spoiling her dog, spending time with her boyfriend and my family. Cathy has not always been a fan of reading, but has found herself enjoying it more and more. As far as her favorite book is concerned, she is still looking. She recently read “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” Trilogy by Stieg Larsson.
